Principal of North West College of Homeopathy.
Andrene is the principal of North West College of Homeopathy, a role she took on in 2020. Prior to that she was the clinic manager and ran 2 of the monthly student clinics. She also runs a part-time practice in Manchester.
Her background was one of management in both retail and business banking. Following redundancy in 2002, she became involved in volunteer Literacy and English teaching to refugee women. This led to her to take formal qualifications in adult literacy and language teaching. She then worked for an OFSTED outstanding FE college in London for 10 years. Whilst doing this she started her homeopathic study and qualified in 2011.
Andrene is passionate about the potential of homeopathy and believes that homeopathic training must be fully underpinned by robust ethics and professionally recognised accredited educational standards.
